We are super excited to be adding Jumbo Coturnix Quail to our breeding program. Our number one goal is focusing on conformation and meat Quality, We are strict on weights and will only be choosing the best of the best to continue on our line. We do not breed for Colour. What makes these such a good choice for meat or laying ability is they are ready to lay and ready for butcher at 7 weeks old, They lay one egg a day, and compared to a chicken, will already lay over 100 eggs before a chicken would start their laying cycle. Guineas
We are very excited to have Guinea Fowl back this year, they are so popular. Guinea fowl are seasonal layers. Depending on your location, they will lay daily between March/April to September/October; on average, a hen will lay around 100 eggs per season. Their eggs are smaller than chicken eggs and are very hard-shelled. The eggs are light brown and speckled and are also vibrant eating. They are excellent bug eaters!

Barnyard Mix
Barnyard mix is by far our most popular other then the Cornish. The random mix of egg colors makes it super fun to have these birds and have surprise eggs!
